All major credit/debit cards, UPI, and other forms of payment are accepted via PayPal. The customer who orders with a value under INR 1500 can also opt for Cash on Delivery.

Currently, you cannot cancel prepaid orders placed online. If you wish to cancel a COD order, please reach us via Whatsapp or e-mail and our team will assist you. Orders placed via COD can only be canceled before it is shipped.

Once you get in touch with our team, we will discuss your vision, style, and budget and finalize a design with you. Depending on the design, we will finalize the timeline and price and start processing your order once 75% of the payment is received. We fully customize according to your measurements and requirements and always leave room for alterations. The final delivery will be attempted upon
receiving the pending payment.

Taking a step towards sustainability, we encourage our clients to get their old clothes (sarees, denim, bedsheets, curtains, etc.)
customized as per their preference or donate them to us as a token for CLEAN & POLLUTION FREE ENVIRONMENT

We customize according to the design and artwork you are seeking with varying surfaces such as hand-painted or hand embellished. We will pick up the garment from your address and deliver it back once your order is completed. Prices will depend on the artwork and design decided. After receiving the piece, the processing will take 15-20 business days. This works on a prepaid basis only.
