• Before delivery: If you'd like to cancel your item before delivery, simply email us at juneraya.official@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant details. Our friendly team will be happy to guide you through the process.
• Free Shipping: Don't worry about return shipping costs! We'll cover the expense of getting your item back to us.
• Exchanges: Want a different size or style? No problem! We'll send you your new item free of charge.
• Returns: Prefer a refund? Once we receive your return in its original condition, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Customized items (by length, personal measurements, etc.) are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Clearance sale items and pre-order/made-to-order pieces are also excluded from this policy.
